When Jean came to us, she was selling her home and looking to downsize. Her home was under contract to close. She had found a condo to purchase and signed a contract. Shortly into the loan process we found out the condo was in a flood zone. We also learned the H.O.A (Home Owners Association) did not have flood insurance. She could not get a loan to buy that condo. With the help of her realtor, Who found her a smaller single family home. She signed the contract to purchase on 7/16/17. We did the loan application on 7/18/17. Ordered the appraisal and title work and was able to close the loan by 7/25/17.
